Since Cogo was founded in 1995, we have evolved from a distribution company to a customized design solution provider. Our client base has grown to over 200 companies representing some of the largest manufacturers in the mobile handset and telecom equipment industries. We offer clients over 500 module design solutions integrating key components from many leading suppliers.
Over the years, Cogo has strived to provide excellent products and services. Recognized by our customers, our hard work was rewarded by many awards.

On May 25, 2004, Comtech entered into a Share Exchange Agreement with Trident Rowan, a US listed company. As a result of the transaction, Comtech became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the US listed company. On May 13, 2008, the Company changed its name to Cogo Group, Inc.
